New Year 2021!

 

All the students were happy to be back at STEP for the new year!

They told us many stories about what they got for Christmas
and how they played during the winter holiday!

 

Many days the students were eagerly awaiting snow fall
that they heard about on the morning news.

It was too sunny for the most part but 1 or 2 days saw
a tiny bit of snow fall around the school.

The students excitedly stepped outside
to raise their hands in the hope of catching a few lucky snowflakes.

“Happy MOO Year!”

As it is the year of the cow much of our school craft took this in mind.
Students designed some cute cow decorations
to place at the school entrance.



The phrase "Happy MOO Year!” was very popular for the first few weeks
as the students said it to the teachers, visitors and to each other.

Our TEP students enjoyed some fun new theme studies.

In the mornings, they studied about NASA, Space Shuttles and Astronauts.
The students learned about space missions from start to finish.

They also role played as astronauts on their own missions,
taking orders from their friends at ground control!
