| Q. Is extended childcare available? |
A. Yes. We have extended childcare.
Extended childcare is available until 19:00.
A 200 yen fee is charged for every 15 minutes of extendend childcare.
* To be fair to others, in the case of late pick-up, we still charge for extended childcare.
* We calculate the fee of extended childcare at the end of month and withdraw it from your bank account along with regular tuition.
| Q. What happens if the lesson day is a holiday or if we are absent due to illness? |  |
A. Make-up lessons are only available to the courses listed below with the following stipulations.

You can claim a make-up lesson within a month from the day you absent. Please submit the application form to a school manager. *This is available only once in a month. |
* For STEP course and SATURDAY course, we don't have make-up lessons.
| Q. From what time can I bring my child to school? |
A. We start childcare services from 8:15 in the morning.
| Q. What if another sibling is also going to enroll? | |
A. If another sibling is also going to join, the admission fee for him/her will be half except times during special campaigns.
If you require the use of the extended childcare service for your child, the fee will be also half for additional siblings.
| Q. Do you offer a catering service? | |
A. Yes, We have a lunchtime catering service.
Please submit the application form for the catering service to a school manager.

| Q. Is there a school shuttle bus? | |
A. We are plannnig to have a school shuttle bus service.
