At STEP international school, we think that the most important thing is to communicate with the students in every situation they face.
 
As they learn about new subjects in context, the English they hear becomes their baseline for understanding the world around them.
 
As STEP teachers, we always give our students the opportunity to speak about their impressions and let them ask questions to the teacher. 
We encourage them to think for themselves and take pleasure in satisfying their curiosity as we answer their queries in an easy to understand manner.

STEP also puts great emphasis on students' social growth.Students are granted multiple sessions of free play each day. We make sure that all students are happy and included during these times.
We teach the students communicative strategies that let them manage their own wishes as they play with their friends. We make sure all students understand concepts of sharing and show them how to consider each others feelings during play.
 
In both lessons and during play, we at STEP take a hands-on-approach to the health and happiness of every child we care for.


 

ALL ENGLISH!
At STEP International school, we promote and maintain an ALL ENGLISH environment! Students are only permitted to speak Japanese during PE lessons, Japanese lessons and emergencies.
