STEP International school was opened in 2014.
We opened this school with the motto,
 
Get the key to a brighter future.
 
STEP International school is mainly an international school for the kids aged 1 to 5.
We want them to get the knowledge to be an international-minded person who has high-level English ability and a wide vision.

We offer high quality English education that helps kids to widen thrir creativity and independences as a model of international-minded people.
What the most important thing in the childhood education to learn English is to get as much as opportunity to immerse in English naturally.
 
In early childhood, kids have great abilities to learn the languages especially their mother tongue. If we make the opportunity to learn English as a second language at the same time, they start to use the language naturally like their mother tongue.
 
Through the English education from childhood, 
kids will get not only English ability but also the recognition toward other culture, languages and people. To be an international-minded person who will be in a part of a world, it is important to accept other people who have different backgrounds.
It helps them to widen their choices in a globalization.

    Language immersion
To acquire English knowledge naturally like a mother tongue, not to study English. This is "Language Immersion."  
 
Language immersion is the most natural way to become fluent in any language. At STEP, students are immersed in an environment where only English is spoken while studying, playing and spending time with teachers and friends.

We are confident that through language immersion methods our students obtain the best possible English communication skills and levels of understanding for their age.
 
In addition, our multi-cultural staff ensures our students become truly internationally minded as they consider those of different cultures, languages and skin colors in all related teachings..

And finally, by valuing self belief and peronal consideration, students at STEP are given the self-confidence to give their opinions to others in English in any situation.

At STEP International school, we believe it is important that teachers actively communicate with students by talking naturally with them and asking them many questions as they learn.

Our teachers always sit down with our students and communicate deeply with them on their level.     
To sustain a happy and fulfilling day-to-day life at STEP,
teachers happily join the chidren when they play and study. Every day is the chance to experience new things together as they grow and learn.

All English!
At STEP, we pride ourselves on our "All English" environment.
Only in Japanese class, PE class and during emergencies, are students allowed to speak Japanese.
