The rainy season

June saw the start of the rainy season.
Our students made a lot of craft to do with rain and the weather.
Students especially had fun making some “Sunshine Dolls”
out of old STEP T-shirts.

They now decorate the front of the school to work their magic
and bring in some fine weather.

Morning theme study for our TEP students was all about the Supermarket.
Students learned about many products and the shapes they come in
like bag of oranges, tub of yogurt and carton of milk.

They also studied the sections of the supermarket
and did some shopping role plays.

Nice Shopping everyone!

On the rainy days students still had fun inside.
All our TEP students got into their clay to make all kinds of shapes.
They remembered supermarket items like peas and sausages.
They also did well to make mazes out of clay too.
They showed us just how creative and crafty they can be.

Fathers day had come!
Students thought about their daddies a lot and made a special craft
just for them.

The “Super Dad” neckties were great fun to make.
The students worked really hard to make their colorful presents.

“Happy Fathers Day!”

Our TEP students love taking care of the STEP garden vegetables.
They carefully and dutifully watered the plants each day.

They saw their efforts turn into nice juicy strawberries and tomatoes they could enjoy for lunch and take home.

Yummy!
